Venue
The CAB Highland Gathering will be held at the Ben Wyvis Hotel in Strathpeffer. The days events will all take place on the ground floor but due to the size of the floor plan some rooms can be a distance apart from each other. Bedrooms can be accessed using the hotel lift but there are rooms on the ground level should these be preferable. Dietary requirements that we are aware of will be forwarded on to the Hotel and we shall try to accommodate them as best we can.

Nearest Train Station: Dingwall, 7 miles
From Dingwall, take the A834 west until you reach Strathpeffer. The Ben Wyvis Hotel is not well sign posted from the east but once you arrive at Strathpeffer it will be on the left hand side just as you approach the coffee shops on the right. The
drive way takes you up a hill and parking is available along the drive and at the top beside the hotel. Please ensure that spaces are maintained at the top beside the hotel for delegates with mobility problems.
From Inverness, continue along the A9 until the Tore Roundabout and take the second exit signposted Dingwall. Continue
along the A835 taking the second exit again at the next roundabout sign posted Brahn. Follow this road to Contin and take the A834 road signposted Strathpeffer. Once in Strathpeffer the Ben Wyvis Hotel will be on your right hand side up on the hill at the lower end of the main road through the town.

The registration desk will be open from 9am for delegates to collect their delegate packs
Exhibitors
A number of exhibitors, including a selection of locally based organisations and charities will be present throughout the day.
Day and Dinner Delegates
For those non resident delegates staying for the evening drinks reception and dinner there will be 2 rooms available for male and female delegates to access if they wish to freshen up or change before the drinks reception at 6.30pm
Drinks Reception
For those delegates staying for the evening a Drinks Reception will kick the proceedings off at 6.30pm.
Gathering Dinner
The Gathering Dinner will start at 7.00pm and a seating plan will be available at the reception desk and at the drinks reception. There is no dress code and you are invited to attend in whatever is most comfortable. Following dinner the opportunity will be available to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Strathview lounge, the bar and the company of the
other delegates.

Accommodation
Access to booked accommodation will be available from lunchtime on the 7th March for those staying only that night. Although most guests are delegates within the hotel, we request that everyone shows courtesy to others throughout the evening and in the morning when returning and leaving your rooms. Breakfast will be available on the morning of the 8th March from 7.30am. All rooms must be vacated by 10am or the individual will become responsible for any further charges that may be incurred.
Charges made to individual rooms must be cleared before check-out on the 8th March. Failure to pay any outstanding charges will result in the presenting organisation receiving an invoice which will include a reasonable administration fee.
